Failure to do so makes this extension null or void. We also highly recommend you continue to give your pet NuVet Plus beyond the guarantee period to promote optimal health for a lifetime. The Health Guarantee is VOID if they are not kept current on vaccinations, worming's & fed a high-quality diet (one with no by-products). No guarantee is made against viral infections after 48 hours. All Guarantees pertain to the original purchaser only. Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidia giardia, internal/external parasites (worms, fleas, ticks), alopecia, cold or heat related issues, physical or emotion stress; non-descending testicles, luxating patella's stenotic nares on brachycephalic pups. This guarantee DOES NOT cover the following minor flaws or any condition that is not a health problem, Ears not standing, stenotic nares on brachycephalic pups. Coat color (Coat color can change as puppy matures), Size, Hernias of any category. All puppies sold as pets only, unless stated in the contract. Not covered in any outside accidents (Example: hit by a car, stepped on etc. We do not assume any bills incurred concerning this pet.

If you do decide you want your money back, let us know either by phone or email, and we will provide you with a return authorization number upon request. Returns must be made within 60 days of buying the product and customers pay the shipping cost. We do require that customers looking for a refund provide us with the original product bottle(s) and any unused product.
Please note: Since we do care about your pets and always put their health first, all NuVet® products are made in a FDA-registered pharmaceutical lab. We do not resell any return products even if the bottle is unopened. A refund request associated with repeat orders, including those purchased through our AutoShip program that the buyer did not cancel beforehand, will incur a 20 percent destruction fee.
