(We reserve the right to refuse payment of any puppy, to any person, if we find it not to be in the best interest our puppies). All our puppies are listed with Limited Reg. which does not include breeding rights please ask if looking for a dog to breed.

All puppies listed below do not include (Breeding Rights)! Must be Spayed/Neutered on date in contract (No Exceptions).
Our Miniature Pinschers & Chihuahuas are for Life and not an impulse buy We Do Not Offer Refunds Because You Changed Your Mind or Any Other Unexpected Incidents. We remove them from the available puppies website page, hold them for you and tell others they are on hold/sold!!! (No Exceptions) unless pup is found unsound before going home, we can transfer your deposit to another littermate or upcoming litter if available. This includes pre puppy deposits, we have told others you had 1st or 2nd pick & they may have gone elsewhere & then changing your mind means that we have lost that pet potential home!!! If balance of the total purchase price is not paid by the time the pup is 7 WKS of age, the deposit is forfeited, and pup will be available for sale to public again & deposit is non-refundable under (No Exceptions & No Circumstances).
ALL Paypal, PayPal Venmo & Cash App deposit for any pup confirms as your legal signature that you agree to all the terms of our contracts!!!
If received our Approval you can Immediately place deposit through PayPal available on website or Pay links available on website or ask me to send you link via text or email.
Update 7-6-23 Skye & Bentley gave birth to healthy babies will update website with available puppies.
SOLD PUPPIES BELOWON HOLD/PAID IN FULL
Once a puppy has had a deposit to Hold/Waiting List deposit and/or Sold/Paid in full they will remain on the site until the day Picked up, Shipped or Delivered. This way people are confident that we are not hiding their pup/baby/puppies nor are we advertising their pup/baby/puppies for sale to anyone else!
